When we receive your initial enquiry, we will call you or meet up if preferred to offer advice and agree on the type of property you want: it’s style and size; is it just for holidays or permanent use; preferred location coast or countryside and your budget parameters? If you want a mortgage, we can point you in the right direction, too.
If you know Mallorca and have decided on an area you like, that’s fine, but if you don’t know the island that well, don’t worry, we can advise you on all the best places!
We give you unbiased advice on the whole island, unlike individual estate agents who only want to sell you their properties within their franchise area. We will guide you on where to find the best value, where is suited more for holidays than year-round living, even where to find the best weather (yes it does vary quite a bit!).
Using all the information you provide, we use our local knowledge, expertise and contacts to find properties available in areas we believe will suit you and meet your brief. Having a huge range of properties to choose from, unlike the estate agents, we handpick suitable properties from a variety of collaborators across the Island.
We then send you photos and information on these properties by email so you can discuss them among yourselves and with us if you wish, answering any questions you may have along the way.
We encourage both negative and positive comments which helps us fine tune our search until we all agree on a shortlist of properties that you wish to view.
With your viewing list agreed, just let us know the dates you can visit Mallorca and we will arrange for you to view the properties. We will collect you from your hotel and accompany you to the viewings, offering unbiased views based on our knowledge and experience of the island’s property market. Should one or two look promising, we can arrange a second or even a third look if you wish.
From experience, we understand that having seen some properties and different areas, your ideas may change, but don’t worry, we can always show you different areas that may suit and can often arrange to see other properties at the same time. Flexibility is key for us to provide a truly bespoke service, enabling us to adapt to your wants and needs whilst helping you find the perfect property.
When we’ve found “the one” you want to buy, we will take all the hassle and worry out of purchasing and be with you all the way as a single point of contact.
We will negotiate with the agent on your behalf, having been through the process many times, we know how to ensure you get the best possible deal.
Then we will introduce you to a trusted English-speaking lawyer who will handle the legal side of your purchase, putting your best interests first.
