Tim and Christine Walker of Wilmslow seemed rather nervous of buying a property in Puerto Pollensa, where they had spent many holidays, but we soon reassured them and found a fabulous penthouse overlooking the Beautiful Bay of Pollensa:

We now own a lovely property in Port de Pollensa. None of what we achieved would have been possible without him. He was pivotal in putting us in contact with colleagues he had trusted over many years in estate agency, law, banking and property management.
Nothing seemed too much trouble. We trusted his judgment from beginning to end and were proven right to have done so!”
Kevin and Sheila Batley from London were looking for a large Villa close to the Marina where their boat was moored, and we found them one in Nova Santa Ponsa:
“Richard was recommended to us by a mutual friend, having completed on the purchase of their villa in Mallorca approximately four years ago. Mark and Alison Clare from London were looking for a four-bedroom villa with sea views, although were unsure of exactly where on Mallorca would suit them best. After we showed them some properties in various parts of the Island, they settled on a magnificent villa overlooking Port Andratx:

Robert and Jill from Harrogate contacted us having spoken with several estate agents without success and asked if we could find them a lovely 3-bedroom apartment close to Palma. Three months later they had moved into the luxurious penthouse we had found for them in Bendinat.
